Yes, the first payment is a 50% down payment and is usually taken once we agree to work together. After the design has been given a green light, 25% will be due at this point. The last 25% will be paid once development is complete and you are satisfied with the revisions you may have requested.
This will be dependent on you. We develop each website in Webflow, and this is also where we host all of the sites we manage. You pay the hosting fee and any other costs associated, and we'll host the site for you. IF you don't want to use Webflow and have a separate host in mind, then we can migrate the site for you.
